1. I can't read your site properly in Korean.

A: This is easy to fix. For you to be able to read Korean, Chinese and Japanese in Windows, you can choose between the following brands of multilingual software. They are not expensive, and some of them are free. They allow you to view text in different languages, but not to type.

2. I need a translator. How can I get one?

A: Send us your file or a sample via e-mail. A sample should be about a page, and represent the level of difficulty and content of the whole document. If you have printed matter, send about three or four pages to us by fax (+82-2-886-9992).

3. How are quotes calculated?

A: Kanatra determines prices on the basis of your document's level of difficulty, volume, and the deadline. For more detailed prices, please refer to 2.

4. I have a large project and I need it finished soon. Can you handle it?

A: It is usually impossible to handle urgent requests for large-scale projects but we try to fulfill the needs of our customers. If you send us your file or files and tell us when it should be finished by, we will respond as soon as possible.

5. I only want a few lines translated¡¦.

A: Kanatra can handle all projects, even one-word translations. But we charge a minimum price of $40 for translations of less than one page.

6. Do you use Trados Tool?

A: Yes, we do. In order to maintain the quality of translation, we use Trados Tool for consistency in translation and vocabulary database that we developed on our own.
